We ship jewellery all over the world. Customers placing their orders from abroad enjoy various delivery and payment options. We accept payments by credit cards and online banking transfers from most banks worldwide via PAYPAL as well as traditional money transfers in Polish zloty. In this case a Poland-based friend can make the payment provided they state the order number and the international Customer's full name in transfer description.

 COURIER SERVICE

STANDARD DOMESTIC DELIVERY 24H

Deliveries are made within 24 hours. In certain cases in the absence of the receiver or lack of contact the courier makes the delivery within 48 hours (orders placed till 2 p.m. CET/CEST with payment on delivery or through fast payments). More information is available at [email protected]

DELIVERY MADE ON A SPECIFIC DAY

Delivery can be made by the courier on the day described by the Customer. The price of the delivery will change according to the current prices of the courier service. More information is available at [email protected]

DELIVERY MADE ON SATURDAY / SUNDAY / HOLIDAY

We make deliveries at weekends and on holidays through courier services. The price of such delivery is twice or three times higher than that of standard service. More information is available at [email protected]

COMPLAINT / MISSING DELIVERY

Refund is possible for courier delivery not made within 48 hours. Please email us with complaints about delivery. More information is available at [email protected]

All the postal deliveries are fully insured, therefore in case they go missing, after confirmation of this fact by the courier, the customer has the right for:

• re-sending of the mail in case of merchandise availability

• sending of other merchandise of the order value

MAKING DELIVERY

Postal deliveries are made within 1 to 14 calendar days.

COMPLAINT / MISSING POSTAL DELIVERY

Please check the content and technical condition of the received mail carefully. In case of any doubts regarding the technical condition of the received mail, please phone 0048 698711111 immediately.

Complaints about postal delivery can be made after 14 days after the dispatch date.

All the postal deliveries are fully insured, therefore in case they go missing, after confirmation of this fact by Poczta Polska, the customer has the right for:

• re-sending of the mail in case of merchandise availability

• sending of other merchandise of the order value

Despatch of new mail will take place after the Receiver has filed a statement of non-recepit of the postal delivery at their address.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
